RETURN REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Wandering Fox Apothecary is committed to providing customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. While we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Should you have a need to return one of our products, please follow the guidelines below.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date found on your receipt/packing list. The packing list must be included with the returned product and we ask that you please annotate the reason for your return.
Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for the original shipping & handling charges.
Merchandise must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused unless you are returning due to defective or unsatisfactory product condition. (See DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE POLICY) *Empty containers will NOT be accepted for refund.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received a defective product. (See DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE POLICY)
Please record your tracking number as we cannot issue a refund until the returned merchandise has been received. *We are not responsible for lost packages.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 2 weeks after receipt of merchandise.
You will be notified by email once your return has been processed and the refund initiated. Please check with you financial institution regarding credits to your account
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
We are happy to exchange unused or defective items for a product of equal or lesser value. Please note that if you wish to exchange for products of greater value we will issue a store credit for your returned item then you may order your replacement through our website. For items of lesser value you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment or you may choose to accept a store credit for future purchases. See our exchange guidelines below.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
PLEASE NOTE THAT PRODUCTS WITH MELT WARNINGS ARE NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGED IF MELTED
Products designed to melt around body temperature, such as lotion bars, will have a MELT WARNING in the product description. During the warmer months or in warmer climates it is possible that these products could melt while in transit. Please be advised that if purchasing these items during these warmer conditions it is AT YOUR OWN RISK and these items will not be replaced or refunded. If melting has occurred you can place the product in a refrigerator or freezer to solidify for use. *Note this will change the appearance of the product only, not the composition or intended use.
Any product received defective (example: broken container with shipping box intact, leaking, *strange/foul odor, *visual mold/mildew or general unsatisfactory condition of the actual product) you MUST contact Wandering Fox Apothecary immediately via email and provide pictures so that we can discuss refund/exchange options.
*DISCLAIMER* All bath & body products bearing the Wandering Fox Apothecary logo or by StarrfireSeven tag are handled and packaged in a clean, disinfected environment and contain the appropriate preservatives as recommended based on product type. Despite our best efforts, due to the nature of these products they are susceptible to contamination. Any product found to be contaminated should be discarded immediately and a full refund, to include shipping & handling will be initiated or you may request a new item at no charge. Items that do not bear our logo will also be refunded or exchanged but we make no claims regarding the manufacturing, production, handling or packaging processes of these items.
Should your product arrive in an unsatisfactory condition due to shipping damage (shipping box damaged in any way which has affected the full use or serviceability of your product) you MUST file a claim with the shipping service. Wandering Fox Apothecary bears no responsibility for products damaged during the shipping process and are under no obligation to offer a refund or exchange.
