ABOUT STARRFIRESEVEN & WANDERING FOX APOTHECARY
ESTABLISHED 2022

Hello and Welcome! My name is Nakeesha Starr Clark, creator, owner & operator of Wandering Fox Apothecary by StarrfireSeven, a home-based business that started in the small town of Woodland, Washington. A southern girl by birth, I grew up in rural Georgia, joined the military, traveled the world and landed here in the Cascades region fulfilling a lifelong dream of living in the Pacific Northwest.  I am a wife, mother, grandmother, dog mom, veteran, artist, poet, photographer, healer, warrior, traveler, lover of coffee, books, old trucks, animals, and all things wild and beautiful.

How it all started

After 20 years of military service with the Air Force it was time to start thinking about retiring and what to do next. Anxious for the next chapter but with no ideas or inspiration I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Then, a chance encounter with a Seer, started me on a path of self-discovery and the realization of my true calling as a healer. Combining my passion for nature, handcrafting, art and holistic wellness, Wandering Fox Apothecary was born.

Why Wandering Fox?

I have an old gypsy soul and an insatiable case of Wanderlust. My spirit animal is the gray fox, revealed in a most profound experience at a time in my life where I needed divine guidance. The gray fox represents astral energy, dream work, creativity and awakening to one's psychic gifts to heal and empower others.

THE APOTHECARY

I have always loved the word apothecary. It conjures images of dusty shelves and old bottles with vintage labels, oddities and curiosities. Wandering Fox Apothecary carries hand-crafted home décor, gifts and accessories made right here in my home.  I also offer selections from other women-owned, small businesses who share my values and commitment to providing high quality, minimal economic impact products. All brands offered by Wandering Fox Apothecary are small-batch, handcrafted for social good, eco-friendly and not found on Amazon.
